I drew this Creeping Charlie (ground ivy) on my first visit to the riverbank this spring. A fisherman on the bank of the river came over to look at what I was drawing and gave me a thumbs up. The guy fished without a rod or reel - just a line and a sinker. Later in the day he caught a catfish and cleaned it on a big rock on the water's edge. Then he hopped on the top of the rock and did push ups.

  2. Amazing - the things you see and people you meet when drawing ! A lovely delicate sketch and I like the way the leaves curl on the bottom leaves
