I drew in the park today and then kept doodling on the other side of the page while riding the bus to the Bronx and back. It was slow doodling because I had to wait for the bus to stop at red lights.

  1. drawing on a bus..wow, I can totally imagine how tough that would be having tons of stop-go jerks. That's a lovely sketch despite the given condition, you've got a surgeon's hand! :)

  2. great pages - I like the way they wander over the two pages. The magnolia is lovely - the way that some of it has more detail and colour than other parts

  4. I'm loving all the posts about spring - everyone is so happy about it. This was a tough winter for lots of folks, but it's over ... even if we do have snow predicted for Sunday here in the mitten, winter is OVER!! lol nancy

  7. Thanks for the comments everyone! Spring really is a great time of year to draw...so much action in nature to capture.

Shirley, we are in the midst of rehearsals and set building. I won't be at the AMNH meet-up, but I'll look online to see what people drew. Have fun!
